50 Boot Camp is an outdoor workout for men and women aged 45 and older. This new workout focuses on fitness, strength, play, and flexibility. You can participate at any level, as the exercises are offered at different levels. The workout is suitable for people who enjoy exercise and enjoy a challenge. The group is for both men and women. Besides the physical activity, there’s plenty of room for socializing and laughter. In short, if you’re 45 or older and enjoy outdoor sports that train your entire body, and want more than just senior gym ;), then join us for free!
